Pros
1) Open door policy. I can talk to my supervisor, manager, GM and at times even the owner. 2) I feel that my opinions matter. Although not every idea is a winner at least they are considered. 3) As a field technician you are your own boss. You follow the guidelines the company gives you but you decide how your day will unfold. 4) Advancement. If you work hard and stay positive you will have the opportunities to advance in the company. 5) Growth. The company is expanding. Positions today weren't here a few years ago and there are positions that do not exist today but will be available in the future. 6) Benefits. Medical, dental, vision and 401k. Also if you live in an area with service you get a huge discount. 7) Training. You can be new to the industry and still succeed. I had zero fiber experience before starting. Ask questions.
Cons
1) Working outside in the weather. Can be a pro and a con depending on the day and weather. 2) Lots of changes that come with growth. It is sometimes hard to keep up. 3) At times there are decisions made without sufficient trials. I do not feel enough time has passed before a process is changed.
