      The work at hand is great.

      Cons

      Inconsistent policies between different members of management, very much in it to cover the companies bottom line. No concern for the health or safety of employees. Poor workplace policies. Very discriminatory environment within management. Hi turn over rate due to head of operations, very unpleasant work environment.

      Pros

      Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

      Cons

      The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
