Pros

frequent free lunch is all I can think of.

Cons

Stressful environment; lack of clear communication and strategy, recently pushed out a memorandum for 4 days in the office work week. After the acquisition of SP+, the layoffs began. It was clear that they wanted to remove SP+ leadership. I was laid off due to redundancy, and less than six months later, they are hiring for my position again. This company doesn't care about the people who work for them, nor do they care about their customers. The only importance is making the almighty dollar and conquering industries. If you dig that, and constantly worry if you'll be laid off at any minute, go for it!

Pros

Fantastic culture. Full of young, hungry, and smart people. Product is excellent. Growth oriented business model. Very bright future ahead. I wouldn’t have left if I didn’t get recruited for a much more lucrative opportunity.

Cons

The operations side of the business carries less work/life balance. Pushing for RTO but has several offices across the country.
