** Overloaded work for small Pay ** High Caseloads ** Colleagues wont help you/cover you because they are overloaded too ** Fear of taking vacation due to the high volume of work and no one will cover you while out, even when a coverage plan is made. ** Gossip is severe ** High Turnovers, meaning you have to do more work ** Underpaid for the value employee offers ** Opportunities for growth is limited and when available, it is given to the manager's favorite instead of hardworking employees.
