Pros
You wear lots of hats and learn a lot. Everyone is young and fun; work hard play hard environment. Full stocked kitchen, once a month massage, team outings, networking events,etc.
Cons
Low pay compared to industry, you don't have to look far to double your salary when you are ready to move on. Only Private Capital Managers are respected here everyone else just works for them.
