The management team locally within club was amazing supporting and caring.
Staff were friendly and enjoyable to work with
Cons
When resigning was spoken to by leadership within head office (support office) was asked to stay and what do I want to stay, asked for progression which naturally comes with a higher pay. Was told that’s not on the table but soon as I went on my leave, they advertised for a more senior position within my role and was offering more pay. Find that deceiving and discriminatory specially when I put my all in to what’s a failing industry to try and make it work
