Pros

Great history and technologies, many different opportunities and great experts to learn from Good benefits, vacation time, and life/work balance, good culture

Cons

- Management performance is very poor everywhere, many managers are not even qualified for their positions and lack experience and industry knowledge - Organization structure is a mess, too many changes, sometimes every few months making it difficult to achieve efficiency and stability - Senior management are disconnected from market reality, busy with their own world, making hasty decisions solely based on numbers - Many underperformed departments causing losses for the company but yet no action to correct them with politics involved, negatively affecting financial performance despite other departments performing well - Very poor bonus structure, due to above reason most often little or no bonus is paid even if all individual and department targets are achieved - Many layers of mid-level management make moving up challenging - Company is too centralized in Finland making local offices too dependant on them for support
