The job is good. I remember having fun doing it. If you want to have fun at it, you’ve got to have great energy. It’s not an easy job, customers can slip away if you lack the skills or passion and you’re paid on commission. If you’re mad for losing a customer you’re going to have a hard time succeeding. It’s all about the mindset. I’d say someone who is motivated can make a great pay. Some colleagues are often not motivated. If you let it get to you you’re done. Management is a bit dishonest.
