Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We set ambitious targets at Mews, we won't pretend otherwise. We're growing fast in a competitive market, and while that's part of the reality we operate in, we know we have more work to do, particularly in the US. The culture you mentioned is something we really care about. It takes a lot of intention to protect it and your feedback is an important reminder to continue investing in it.

Pros

Generous flexibility with holiday; immediate impact on team; high visibility to top stakeholders; awareness into your value from top down which is amazing to see!

Cons

Can be fast paced (as startups are!) and a bit chaotic, have to be willing to go with the flow and be independent

Pros

A genuinely exciting place to work. The company is innovative, the product is strong and the team makes it easy to stay motivated. It’s rare to work somewhere that is not just keeping pace with the industry but actively shaping it and that energy is felt day to day.

Cons

The pace and ambition of the company can make things stressful at times. This comes with the territory of a fast-moving organization but it’s worth knowing going in.

Thank you for such a thoughtful review. We’re really glad to hear that the energy, product, and team are making such a positive difference for you. We also appreciate your point about pace and prioritisation. As we continue to grow, we know the pace can feel intense, and we’re working to be more deliberate about where we focus. That includes investing in operational planning, OKRs, clearer communication around change, and AI tools that can help teams work more efficiently. We also know it takes ongoing effort to make that feel consistent and connected across teams. Thanks again for your feedback. It’s a good reminder for us to keep being clear about what matters most and why.
