Pros

Warm caring co-workers. Team Contests.

Cons

You have to conform to the click and suck up to the owners. They don't allow cellphone out during working hours even for emergency calls from your children to ensure that got off the bus. They are not honest in their communications with you. I worked until past 8 pm night after night. They wouldn't hire enough help .

Meyer Laboratory Response

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Just to clarify, we only have one administrative assistant and they have been in their role for 9 years and 99.9% of the time, leave at 5:00 on the dot. Our parking lot is a ghost town at 5:05 every day. We highly value a positive work life balance, so if you feel otherwise and are a current employee at the Blue Springs office as you say you are, my door is always open (figuratively) and I’m available on the phone 100% of the time. One of my roles within the company is to advocate for everyone within the Meyer Organization and ensure their needs are being met. The people within Meyer are the most important part of our business and I can assure you the owners and leadership really do care about Meyer team members and their families. I would welcome a conversation if you are a current employee with the above concerns. Together we can come up with a solution. Kim Comes Director of Employee Relations
