Withholding payment for no reason

First of all, the company's environment is overall great to begin with. The employer is good at managing the team well. My seniors are helpful in supporting the juniors in their work tasks issues in the company. I do appreciate all the help a particular Senior colleague has helped in my 2 years at the company. Besides that, the boss is willing to listen to our suggestions as she understands well that the employees are the ones that are really working hands on the task at work. The boss will try his/her utmost best to aid in mitigating the project issues. The boss at the company is fair in treating the employees. Furthermore, the flexibility of working hours as well as the casual attire is a bonus in my regard. I've gained a lot of experienced working in this company for the past 2 years.

In terms of work tasks given to the employees, the employees will in certain cases need to be dynamic in handling multiple tasks at a given time.
