      -Get a free meal on a selected menu - Get cash at the end of the night

      Cons

      - Rude management who picks and choose who’s schedule they want to work around. - management doesn’t defend you against an angry customer. - management chooses who to give the good parties to. So all the good money goes to their favorites. - management doesn’t treat everyone equally.
