Flexible hours, lack of direction - GIS Mi-Tech Services Employee Review

One of the more disorganized companies I've worked for, no structure or ways to move up within the company and compensation does not keep pace with experience. I feel like there employees are underpaid and underappreciated, especially with the recent company growth.
