Lots of shifts to pick up - can decide hours more Above award pay If it goes back to how it was run 5 years ago with previous management it would be perfect and an incredible place to work.

Management have an extremely one sided decision making way of doing things, don't consult staff let alone the residents there. If you question anything they ask you to do, prepare to get absolutely nothing out of it. They will ask you to do more and more without actually considering the workload or if it's even the right thing to do. If any complaints come in about you it's guilty until proven innocent, even if you are innocent, how can you avoid this in future... not to mention they don't pay the overtime unless it's "approved" which it never is. There's barely any policy to back up work. Any concerns are also always met with their "employee assistance program"

Everything that they said about feeling like a family that you go home too is exactly right. All the staff are friendly. They have access pay and free food that is very good quality.
