Pros
The culture is great. Been here a while but it keeps getting better. We had a launch party and you can feel the energy like we’re a startup. There’s no other place where the emcee is going to be your global hr guy and hes going to be the biggest energy and funniest jokes. He’s amazing and people love him unlike other places where everyone is scared of hr. I saw him delivering computers to new people at the launch which is crazy but it shows he cares for everyone. I feel proud we say we’re about people and our hr people are. Other companies should follow our hr guy. Benefits are great. Good price and options are for everyone. Get better every year I think. Office is good spot and snacks are there. Need more seats but it’s not bad. new product is awesome. Think we’ll do good business from it. People are smart. Training on new product has been great. Pay is good and there are promotions two times a year.
Cons
Expense process is awful. Systems are way behind and new system has made it worse than before. L&D used to be good but we don’t have people in the us anymore and you can tell. You get like one thing a month. Everyone misses the person who was here before but she left because of the new people they brought in under a new leader who already left. Bring back steph! DEI team is heavy handed. They do good with the employee groups but that’s it. People don’t trust them cause they are watching everyone like they are looking for something. Not enough T&E. Sales needs more. Finance is slow and the teams like hr marketing and product never have enough people. Product is good but people left and we haven’t brought in new people.
