Overall good equipment. Great atmosphere. Reasonable working hours.

Lack of communication with higher ups and leadership to the point of not getting text replies, phone calls back or even getting email replies because you´re not "Top Priority". Always on low budget: causes work to either be inconsistent or having to do the job of two to three people.
