Admin is destroying this institution - Associate Professor Miami University Employee Review

Upper admin and the board of trustees are actively destroying everything that made this university a good place to teach and learn. Students no longer receive the individualized attention they deserve because admin is raising our teaching loads while simultaneously expecting us to do more research.
