upper management would leave stores in the dark, raised wages and told us there could be consequences if we discussed salary, and paid temporary/acting roles more than employees in a permanent/regular status role.

Literally the same as the last review about district managers and the corporate offices they do not care working so understaffed completely burned out and literally want to just lock the door and go home. I don’t understand what’s going on but the drops and sales in traffic. It worries me because I saw online that there’s 150 stores that are due to close and we’ve seen less inventory compared to last year and years prior our sales of plummeted over the last six years by $1 million and as you can see, they lost over $1 billion in revenue also broken promises being strung along being micromanage to death. you don’t know if you’re coming or going it’s really stressful especially when people lined up just saying I quit and don’t come back.
