      Flexible working hours. Excellent work life balance. My boss is very friendly and listens to me. Senior management is very responsive and easy to reach. Minimal stress.

      Employee base feels run of the mill, safety is many employees biggest concern. Higher Management is unattached and stuck in ways from 30 years ago
