Cons
A lot of the doctors are unapproachable and condescending. Because I had little experience, my pay started out low, and I never made it up to the rate I was told I would. I got certified on my own, and didn't receive any compensation or even a congratulations from the company. The turnover is extremely high. I think that is because the is a high burnout rate in this company. The clinics are consistently behind, because of low staff and overbooking. The expectations put of the technicians are unrealistic. It is not unusual to see at least one technician crying every day from the stress.
