Pros
Some of the co-workers are amazing, that’s the only pro. They ask people to leave good reviews or they (senior managers and HR) go on and write the reviews themselves when they see too many people telling the truth).
Cons
Most of senior leadership is fake and will cut you in a second. They don’t want people who have ideas or tell the truth. If you are willing to say yes even when it goes against your better judgment, or if your moral compass isn’t functioning quite right, this is the place for you.
