No support from management, you cannot be an actual human with feelings, any complaint you make will be held against you, no accountability from management, too much fakeness upon managers, irate, rude, disrespectful and ignorant customers, constant entitled customers coming in 5 mins to close with outrageous, time-consuming requests, and lastly too much fraud at this credit union.
