      Pros

      MST has a great culture for those that are willing to work hard. The company values its employees and makes reasonable effort to accommodate their needs

      Cons

      Compensation is competitive but raises are typically very low. New hires are stuck on back shifts for years before they get an opportunity to move to day shift.
