      - Work is very manageable, great for university students - Support a meaningful, community-oriented non-profit - If you enjoy arthouse or foreign movies, seeing them for free is a nice perk

      - As a non-profit, the pay is not terribly high

      Great environment for young people. Lots of students.

      Upper management was very disorganized and that ended up reflecting poorly on Front of House
