Very top down kind of communication where everything is decided by the C Suite/ management level Closed communication There's no psychology safety in the company. People are not empowered and allowed to speak freely (everyone seems to be scared of 1 particular person in the company). Feels like an old folks home environment Everyone who left are relieved and thankful to be able to get out and move on.
