      Everyone who works there treats you like family. Everyone is usually on the same page and it’s a fast and fun working environment.

      Cons

      There are virtually no downsides to working at Micro center

      -if you can hustle you can make decent money -room for growth if you can get cool with everyone

      Cons

      -have to meet the metrics -some of the areas to grow have favoritism

      The employee discount is okay on non-electronic items.

      Cons

      Extremely pushy on how to fully screw the customer by forcing PROTECTION PLANS. Disgusting management. No respect for employees. Slightly racist. If you don't attach a plan, something is seriously wrong with you.
