Pros
Despite my short tenure in MCT, I had thoroughly enjoyed every day of it. Colleagues were a young and vibrant bunch and supported me to their fullest. Never afraid to give opportunities to newcomers, the Director had also placed his trust in me by helping in my work whenever he can. A company that is cohesive enough to carry out tasks and projects with inter-department cooperation with minimal red tapes.
Cons
As a startup, there were bound to be some systems and processes missing. However, the core team is trying to implement such systems to make working in MCT a breeze.
