Nothing. All staff except CEO are nice

The entire hiring process was unprofessional. I only interviewed with the CEO (both by phone and in person), with no HR involvement at any stage. While he appeared friendly and agreeable during interviews, once on the job his behavior was the complete opposite — rude, disrespectful, and dismissive toward employees.
