the company model to become a big player in mature software assets works well. constant growing company through acquisitions which brings opportunities as well as challenges. you need both to be happy in a job.
Cons
some people in the organization are not embracing the change and subsequently slow down others by sticking to the old ways. you need to adapt to succeed! like in every corporate organization you will get more work for the same money.
