Decent work/life balance, co-workers in general make an effort to help and support each other.

minimal investment in the business, enough to barely stay relevant and not jeopardize existing install base, not a long term viable strategy. Chaos and M&As impairing ability to execute consistently, true organic growth is a concern Lack of communication - Whatever is formally communicated to employees is often the tip of larger iceberg, and feels like the bare minimum effort.
