Pros
Learnt a lot , opportunity to do many things which would not have been possible at other , similar sized, companies. Work / life balance perfect, flexible attitude from management - so long as the work got done. Good benefits. Good colleagues.
Cons
Since TAG takeover, and now Microfocus, the focus is very much on extraction of revenue from an eroding customer base. Over the years a lack of investment, combined with poor go to market strategy , excel driven management and poor senior management has resulted in increasing numbers of customers to move competitor solutions. Brand is already gone , replaced by Micro Focus, and expect the products to go the same way in the next 24 months. Avoid.
