It is a good place to build your resume and skills. Co-workers are nice and most of upper managment is understanding and cool people to be around.

Not a lot of space for growth. It is stable but no new projects. Currently growing so lot of changes in upper managment.

I would be lying if I had to put any pros. They will hire anyone with a pulse or is exploitable.

Lab techs barely make above minimum wage. No room for growth. Poor decisions from c suite down to middle management. Toxic work environment with pizza party rewards. Mandatory overtime. Raises get delayed constantly, citing a lack of decisions from the executive leadership. Time tracking sheets. If you see this before getting hired, don't do it.
