No structure. Certain issues can not be solved by you as a new technical support analyst, not really anyone to escalate to even tho they recommend, there's only a few higher level techs, you'd expect level 1 would escalate some issues to a level 2 and etc. But it's really you figure it out or annoy someone else multiple times a day and irritate the customers you are supposed to be assisting. This causes stress for everyone, the tech, supervisors, and most importantly the customers. Customers will get upset and there's nothing you can really do, days can be stressful here. They are a good company do not get me wrong, I think they might have a gone through a hyper growth and that might have caused these issues during my time there but that's no excuse. Employees are just an asset here, no support. Unfortunately I lost a child that was on the way while working here, no one there to speak to about it as they lack HR department & this affected my work and caused absences, it resulted In my termination. None the less, even as a stressful place it was also good to me.
