I used too love my job. New owners insist on procedures that are NOT efficient - which results in quite a bit of workarounds, and revisiting issues that were once resolved decades ago. Hands are tied by computer driven prompts to do individual jobs thus slowing process of every department creating animosity. In short, without knowledge of product you will have a hard time meeting deadlines. Only a fraction of veteran workers remain employed there now.
