Toxic management and bad client - IT Helpdesk Analyst Micro Technology Solution Employee Review

Worst vendor company. Don't join this company especially IT Helpdesk position for Great Eastern Jalan Ampang client. Lady boss treating vendor employees like dogs and slaves, shouting, micro-manage like school kids. Always pick on employees on everything, even small things like having to wear formal attire and employee can't even touch their phone during work hour. Most employees only stay here for less than 2 years with high rate of turnover.
