Pros
Good General Manager, but sadly he was replaced by someone who was vastly underqualified. Excellent support from associate product manager in Charlottesville.
Cons
It became a rudderless ship - Absolutely no leadership from the top - VP, HR, new General Manager - Just a blame shifting culture, all smoke and mirrors to keep themselves safe. No investment in new products, no investment in current products - a company floundering trying to keep up with the contenders, but with no ammunition, strategies or knowledgeable leadership
