      Nice Facility, pleasant co-workers, newly furnished, good visibility and location. New software and computers, Micromanagement from corporate (if you like that attitude). Somewhat flexible scheduling, OK vacation and personal time.

      Cons

      No sales knowledge at senior levels, unrealistic goals. Salaries not consistent with norms in area, truly a cold call telemarketing operation for new business

      Watertown can be tough commute.

      You can go as far as you want here. No micromanagement, work from home. The management cares about it's employees and their family life.
