- unfair treatment -80+ work hours -really low salary -no career growth

-Everyone had amazing ideas that were impelmented in the process and technology. Its rewarding to really contribute to the success of the company -The colleagues are super humble, motivated and smart, maybe because new people are hired based on their talent and personality -Communication was very open and transparent -On fridays they celebrated small and big accomplishments with beers or soda

-Much more people are needed, but the company is hiring a lot of new people and will move to bigger offices and bigger lab in the next months
