Pros

The job taught me how to handle difficult situations.

Cons

If you like paying out of pocket to do your job, this place has you covered. Using my own car nonstop drained my paycheck fast, and the lack of reimbursement was just unethical. I logged thousands of miles, asked about a company vehicle, and was let go instead. The pay stays low, the bonus is awful, and management attitudes make it clear employee concerns are ignored. Nepotism is obvious, owners play favorites, and anyone outside that circle struggles to last. Ultimately, the stress, money loss, and blatant disregard make it clear this job takes far more than it ever gives back. On top of everything else, the environment is just draining. Rules change all the time, policies are applied randomly, and asking questions usually just earns you a cold shoulder or hostility. Trying to keep up with expectations that don't make sense is exhausting, and the pressure to prove loyalty over actually doing good work is constant. It feels like you're running in circles, while the owners only reward the people who kiss up the most.
