Pros
for students or without experienced people this job is good for 1-2 years period of time only for learning process. with high pace and stressful workload, there is many things to learn like time management, team management and data field. They gives training again and again to learn about job. little bias environment but where isn't? They also give promotions to employees according to their performance (MOSTLY)
Cons
No extra pay for overtime, No incentives or Increment policies(only promotions). They gives annual leaves but taking an approval from management is almost impossible.
