Cheerful and smart colleagues Feels like I can make an impact Company is undergoing positive changes, some of which began 3-5 years ago. Upper management feels dynamic - there is a real drive to build something modern and exciting - leading to new projects/products.
Cons
Pay could be more competitive. Company is making some changes here to reduce attrition, but it could have been done sooner.
