Terrible Management - Anonymous employee Microboard Processing Employee Review

Management has their favorites and will literally fire people just because they say so. Racial diversity is a big issue here at management positions. Hard working lower level employees are not given raises or bonuses while group leaders, management, and salary employees are taken care of. Most hourly employees NEED to work 2 jobs to make ends meet and are just as disposable as management makes them feel.
