Flexible work hours, bonus pay good for upper management and sufficient for regular employees, stock purchase plan, quarterly updates directly from CEO
Cons
Pay and 401K lower than most companies in the same industry, company operates very lean which requires long work hours, products on older manufacturing processes usually 1 or 2 generations behind the competition. Operating systems to run the business are low budget.
