The check didn’t bounce when I was there.
Cons
They were always whittling down our compensation even in times of high profitability for the division. My division was an acquisition and they had the attitude that we should all be grateful to still have a job. After spending $10 billion to acquire the company they stiffed all the employees. My product team disintegrated and got better jobs. Nobody who knows the product is around anymore. Very short sighted.
