I really can't think of one anymore. Used to be work life balance but now they watch cardswipes.
Cons
A classic 1950's style managed wrapped in a fake culture. Lots of expected (free) OT. Insufficient tech resources to do the jobs that need to be done. Constantly penny pinching critical resources. Management incapable of thinking outside the box. Poor pay. Substandard benefits. Poor 401K.
