-Get to work with some interesting and dedicated people. -Co-workers eager to each and aid you when the time comes.
Cons
-Company says employees are the number one asset, finds as many excuses as possible to fire said employees to reduce head count when times get tough. -Certain members of management go on frequent power-trips, up to and including the removal of a light switch as they didn't like coming into work early and finding the lights off on slow, weekend nights. -Production specialists get treated very poorly.
