Pros
The work/life balance is the best thing this place does. There's also a good community within each shift. Employee stock purchase plan, which is good if the company is doing well.
Cons
It's a cyclical industry. It does good and bad in waves. They expect you to take the bad waves til the good ones arrive. Layoffs did happen, even though they said they try not to do them; and historically haven't. Wage is pretty low for the industry, fight for more money when you can.
