Pros

No one looking over your shoulder; trust you to do your job your way. Tech Support is available if help is needed. Guidelines are available, if you have doubts about anything. Staff is open to questions. We just try to help each other.

Cons

Stock. Wish we had more stock! Lead times can be frustrating.

Pros

Easy place to work . There’s no micromanagement. Good culture for work like balance. David is great to work for.

Cons

Office was too far from the city and the commute with traffic added 2 hours to my work day

Pros

Good opportunity to make money if you're willing to put in the work. You get to keep all the accounts you bring in plus some get assigned to you. Market is growing and lots of new customers call in looking to place orders. They never make you work weekends or overtime.

Cons

Sales systems are weak. Sales support is inexperienced, but they have a good attitude and try to help. Too much management turnover.
