Pros
The skills and certifications I gained from working there have lead me to alot more better opportunities really solidifying what career path I want to take. Some good friends were made helping eachother get through the mess when it would hit the fan.
Cons
No help from upper management Decided to ignore my contract and keep me on my old one two months past it was up and meant to be renewed. When addressing issues with upper management it felt like talking to a brick wall. Running around in circles bringing up the same issues. Understaffed like crazy. Fellow technicians being in poor moods due to cons and therefore creating a toxic work environment where people bicker at eachother. Decided to not elaborate on why my TOIL was overdue even though I asked multiple times. Took said TOIL from my resignation payout. Mind you I had to stay back most days of the week and work 6 Day work weeks as the job planning would be poor and we were understaffed. Overall I felt that I was not part of the team. I felt as if I were put lower than everybody and my feelings nor health didn't matter. I would highly recommend finding another venture in the field as the only good thing that comes from here is knowing what NOT to look for in a career.
