Microland is an organization that prioritizes people who deliver their best to serve its customers. Its stead focus on infrastructure makes it right fit people who want to bet their career on infrastructure services

Relatively smaller organization has limited number of customers but that is also its strength as every employee's voice gets heard and valued.

None, avoid at all costs. The only pro that I can list is that they cannot receive negative Stars.

Failed to listen to advice that would have greatly helped them in the long run. Failure to pay employees promptly or in a timely fashion Inability to realize that they are incapable of meeting customer expectations with their current method of staffing and execution.
